🍂🦃 THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY NOTICE 🦃🍂
Dear TT's Loving Care Families,
As we prepare for the Thanksgiving holiday, I would like to provide an early reminder of our upcoming holiday schedule.
🍁 Wednesday, November 25, 2026
⏰ EARLY CLOSING – All children must be picked up by 2:00 PM.
🦃 Thursday, November 26, 2026
🚫 CLOSED – Thanksgiving Day
🍂 Friday, November 27, 2026
🚫 CLOSED – Thanksgiving Holiday
🏡 We will reopen on Monday, November 30, 2026.
Please make arrangements accordingly for our early closing on Wednesday.

⏰ New Hours — October 1, 2026
Starting October 1, TT’s Loving Care will be open Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM. Please pick up your child by 5:00 PM.
💖 PARENT REMINDERS
📅 Tuition is due every Monday before your child begins care for the week. Thank you for keeping payments on time!
👕 Please bring replacement clothes when your child’s spare clothes have been used and sent home.
📱 Please let me know in advance if your child will be absent. This helps me plan meals and activities.
📝 Please check your child’s “How Was My Day” form each afternoon for notes about their day and anything they may need.
🍂 SEASONAL REMINDERS
🧥 Fall/Winter Clothes: Please bring a labeled shirt, pants, and socks for your child to keep at daycare. I’ll return the summer clothes you have here.
😷 Sick Policy: Please keep your child home when they’re sick and follow our sick policy before they return. Thank you for helping keep everyone healthy! 💛
🌨️ INCLEMENT & SEVERE WEATHER
TT’s Loving Care follows Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) weather announcements. If MNPS closes schools due to weather, daycare will also close. If MNPS delays opening, I’ll delay by the same amount of time and text families my opening time.
I may also adjust our hours if conditions near my home are unsafe, even if MNPS remains open. If I need to close early, I’ll text you a pickup time. Please check for my message before heading to daycare during bad weather. 📱
🧸 OUR DAYCARE DAYS
⏰ Morning Drop-Off: Please arrive by 9:00 AM. A later arrival is permitted for a scheduled doctor or medical appointment; please let me know ahead of time when possible.
🚪 Important Pick-Up Procedure Reminder
📢 To help maintain a safe, secure, and organized environment for all children, I kindly ask that parents remain in the designated sign-in/sign-out area during pick-up.
Your child will be brought directly to you in this area. This procedure helps minimize interruptions to our daily activities while ensuring that all children remain properly supervised.
Your cooperation in following this procedure is greatly appreciated!
🎉 Fun Fridays: We enjoy crafts, sensory play, music, bubbles, outdoor activities, and special themes! I’ll let you know whenever there’s something your child should wear or bring.

I also close for two weeks of provider vacation, with dates announced in advance. I’ll notify families as soon as possible about closures due to illness, a family emergency, or unsafe weather.
